Talking Shop at Deloitte

Co-founders James and Paul were recently invited to give a talk at Deloitte around the importance of not losing sight of the people on the end of your communications, even in a B2B environment.

The talk covered cutting through the noise of channels, new tech, stereotypes and acronyms to focus in on the person (not ‘end consumer’!) who’s interacting with your product. It looked at the ways people naturally engage and interact with other people and products around them, and how you can apply that knowledge to a myriad of things – from white-papers to websites to brand logos – to create stronger relationships and ultimately garner better results.
